Like Apple, Google is also preparing to launch physical cards. According to the report, Google is making physical and virtual debit cards.

A report by Tech Crunch has published an image of Google’s upcoming debit card. According to this report, shopping can be done through Google card and its associated account. It can be used on mobile phone or online.

According to a report by Tech Crunch, Google has partnered with different banks for this card, including Citi and Stanford Federal Credit Union.

This Google debit card can be monitored and connected with Google’s app. From here, tasks such as transaction history, balance check and account lock can be done.

Google’s physical debit card will work under Google Pay only. Significantly, Google launched Google Wallet in 2014. Even then the company started giving debit cards to use the balance of the wallet.

Two years later, in 2016, Google has stopped it. Later this app was converted into Google Pay by Google. Talking about India, Tez was first launched here, which later the company has changed to Google Pay.

Significantly, if Google launches its physical card, then it can directly compete with Apple Card. Although the Apple Card is not in India and Google will also initially launch its physical debit card only in the US.

Google Pay is quite popular in India and the company also offers some dedicated features for it here. In such a late situation, but the company would like to present its physical card in India.
