Now Vodafone-Idea has issued a statement regarding this problem. It says, ‘There was some temporary problem, which has now been fixed. If you are having this problem right now, then request is from you, you can check by restarting your handset.
Talking about another report related to Vodafone-Idea, now you can recharge your SIM from ATM. For this, the company has partnered with some banks. You can recharge your SIM of Vodafone-Idea by visiting the ATMs of these banks.
These are the list of banks whose ATM facility is available. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, SBI, Axis Bank, Citi Bank, DCB Bank, IDBI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank.
Talking about how to recharge, you can go to any of these ATMs and select the recharge option. Here your number will be sought and after that you can recharge your number by inserting your PIN through the card.
