Google was always a service – the best search engine on Earth [Maybe in Universe]. Now under the Alphabet umbrella, Google is becoming a brand – for online services yes, but also for hardware.
On October 4,2016 a year and a day before google pixel was launched, and the new iteration of the series will arrive a year and a day later on October 5.
The duo of Pixel and Pixel XL were most anticipated devices last year, but as it ultimately they were a first-generation, introductory release for Google to built their own branded phones, and though they weren’t wholly-spectacular, we regarded them a “fundamental“.
This year on October 5 Google is ready with “walleye” and “taimen”, 5.99-inch and 4.97-inch one.
We have obtained information about both upcoming Google devices, which we’ll detail below, since these are seemingly-finalized hardware specifications and features, it’s unlikely that they’ll be subject to change.
“Taimen” The Larger One
Larger device coming from Google this year will feature
- 5.99-inch display with a 1440p OLED panel
- Smaller bezels [ Than previous pixel xl ]
- 128GB internal storage [ No external storage ]
- Snapdragon 836
- 4GB of RAM
“Walleye” The Smaller One [ relatively ]
Smaller device coming from Google this year will feature
- 4.97-inch display with FHD resolution
- Large bezels surrounding the display [ Not a feature but some how.. ]
- Stereo speakers [ with sacrifice of 3.5mm Headphone jack ]
- Snapdragon 835
- 4GB of RAM
- 64GB Storage
