Vodafone has discontinued its Rs 649 iPhone Forever plan. This plan was launched last year. Under this, iPhone users used to get special benefits. This postpaid plan was available to both Vodafone and Idea network subscribers. The plan used to get the benefit of 90 GB high-speed data and unlimited free calling.
This plan was only available for the iPhone 5s and above and included an accidental physical damage cover. Vodafone launched this plan within the Vodafone Red portfolio and Idea launched this recharge plan under the Nirvana portfolio.
Vodafone and Idea Cellular Both telecom companies have declared this plan closed on their website. Vodafone currently offers a plan of Rs 598, Rs 749 and Rs 999 for the family. At the same time, the company has plans of Rs 399, Rs 499 and Rs 999 for a particular person. On the other hand, Idea has launched Nirvana 399 and Nirvana 499 postpaid plans for its users. DreamDTH report, Vodafone India has also confirmed the news of discontinuing the postpaid plan of Rs 649. Apart from this, the Idea has also said that this iPhone Forever plan is no longer available. In this plan of Vodafone Idea, users also got free access to Amazon Prime and Vodafone Play. Apart from this, there was also the benefit of the unlimited locker and national calling and 90 GB high-speed data.
